Monkey Grip products are quality products that have a 12-month warranty.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, the customer is entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. The Customer is also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

For safe use and precautionary information and warnings, please refer to the User Guideline booklet prior to use, (these are included within the packaging of all tie downs) or refer to the tag attached to each tie down or strap. To ensure the safe use of all tiedowns - do not exceed the specified lashing capacity of each tiedown.

Warranty will not apply if our Monkey Grip Customer Care Team deem the product to be:

  • • Handled inappropriately, negligently or in such a manner as to effect performance and operational life
  • • Used outside specifications and installation instructions
  • • Modified or altered in any way
  • • Damaged from normal wear and tear
  • • Damaged from misuse, neglect, or accident
  • • Incorrectly stored
If you happen to have a faulty product, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately: sales@monkeygrip.com.au. Please provide your order no. and attach images/video of the issue or fault, from there our Customer Care team will assess the claim. We may request the item to be returned & we will be responsible for the return delivery costs.
